•Actively search and monitor all aspects of vendor and customer location involvement to determine appropriate areas of orientation and training opportunity
•Responsible for vendor and customer location training and development metrics and overall performance
•Responsible for freight claim investigation, compliance, filing with carrier/vendor, and seeing the claim through to success

The Account Manager III is responsible for P&L management and may manage other non-drivers. The Account Manager III is responsible for one or more locations and/or dedicated accounts.
